This time, they drew their design inspirations from one of the oldest powerful magical plants – Sambucus (also known as the Elder). As the plant of beginnings and endings, of birth and death, Sambucus’ magical effects are recorded by folklore, and reflected in many works of literature. The Elder Wand, one of the three Deathly Hallows in Harry Potter, is probably the most well-known magical Sambucus product.

The protective energy of Sambucus can keep people away from bad luck and negative energies. Based on the original Rider-Waite Tarot, The Sambucus Tarot Deck is designed with unique style and interpretations.
