RETURNS & REFUNDS POLICY
Global Policy (All Sales Final) To maintain the integrity of our items, we generally do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has shipped. All sales outside of the European Union are final. The only exceptions to this policy are for EU customers exercising their Right of Withdrawal, or if you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item.
EU Customers Only (Right of Withdrawal) Buyers located in the EU have the right to return eligible items within 14 days of delivery.

Return Window: You must contact us at info@tevadatarot.com to request a return within 14 days of your package being delivered.

Return Shipping Costs: The buyer is entirely responsible for covering all return shipping fees. We do not provide prepaid return labels for these requests.

Refund Processing: Once we have safely received the returned package and verified the items are in their original condition, we will issue a full refund (which includes the item price and the original standard shipping cost). Please note that your refund will strictly be held and processed only after the physical item has been delivered back to us.

Exemptions: Please note that personalized items, custom orders, or digital downloads are strictly exempt from this withdrawal policy and cannot be returned.
Damages and Issues Please inspect your order within 2 days of reception. Contact us immediately at info@tevadatarot.com if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. You must include photo or video proof of the damaged/incorrect products so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Refund Process We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your quality claim (for damaged items) or your physical return (for EU customers), and let you know if the refund was approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

Important Note on International Orders: We do not offer refunds for packages that are refused, rejected, or abandoned at customs by the customer due to unpaid import duties, taxes, or fees.
