We offer Standard Shipping (10-20 business days), Priority Shipping (within the US), or International Express Shipping (5-7 business days).You can find all the deets in our Shipping Policy.


If a product is marked 'In Stock', that means we have it in our warehouse and can ship it to you within 2-5 business days. 'Pre-Order' items take longer to process and ship, so check the product description for a release date. You might be able to snag a discount with 'Pre-Order' products, though!


To receive an order confirmation, please ensure that you provide us with a valid email address when placing your order. Additionally, you can subscribe to our email list to receive notifications about restocking products, new releases, and exclusive deals.


After we process your order (usually within 2-5 business days), shipping times will vary depending on your location and shipping method. Standard Shipping usually takes 5-8 business days in the US, and 10-30 business days for the rest of the world. Express Shipping takes 5-7 business days, no matter where you are. No return and no refund after an order has been shipped out to you unless you receive a wrong product, or the goods received are in poor condition. Evidence may be requested.

We apologize, but we do not accept returns or issue refunds for opened tarot decks. As many of our customers are collectors, we cannot accept returns for products that have been opened or used. We recommend that you carefully review the product description and images before making your purchase. If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the item and provide photos of the damage for our team to assess.


Once we get your refund request, we'll let you know if it's approved or not. If it is, your refund will be automatically deposited back into your account. Keep in mind that it might take a little while for your bank or credit card company to process the refund. Please refer to our Refund Policy for more information.
