Where do you ship from?
We ship from either Massachusetts, USA or Bangkok, Thailand. US orders are typically fulfilled from our Massachusetts warehouse, so buyers within the United States will not incur any import duties or tariffs. Non-US orders are normally shipped from Thailand. How are tariffs and customs duties handled?
For US buyers, there are NO tariffs or import duties since all orders are shipped domestically within the United States.
For international buyers, customs duties or import taxes may apply—particularly in EU countries. These charges are beyond our control, though we do our best to minimize the chances of additional fees.

What shipping options do you offer?
We offer the following shipping options:
US Domestic Shipping:
• Standard Shipping: 4–9 business days
• Priority Shipping: 1–4 business days
International Shipping:
• Standard Shipping: 10–20 business days
• Express Shipping: 5–7 business days
Please note that these timeframes are estimates. Occasionally, deliveries may take longer due to customs inspections or unforeseen events (force majeure). You can find all the deets in our Shipping Policy.
How long will it take for the parcel to be delivered to me if after it has been shipped.
After we process your order (usually within 2-5 business days), shipping times will vary depending on your location and shipping method. Standard Shipping usually takes 5-8 business days in the US, and 10-30 business days for the rest of the world. Express Shipping takes 5-7 business days, no matter where you are. Why hasn't my package status updated for a while?
It's normal for packages shipped from Thailand to experience delays in tracking updates. We usually use Thai Post/POSTNL for orders dispatched from Thailand, and upon arrival in your local area, they are transferred to local post office services. During this transition, tracking status may pause for 5-10 days before being updated once again upon reaching the local post office.
How can I check the status of my package after it ships?
After your order is fulfilled, you'll receive tracking information, including a tracking number and the website to check for status updates, sent to the email provided with your order. If you haven't received this email, please don't hesitate to contact us.
What should I do if I receive an incorrect or damaged item?
If you receive an incorrect or damaged item, please contact us right away by email and include clear pictures or videos of the product(s) you received. Our team will review the case and work with you on the best possible solution.
Please note that all products are carefully checked and shipped in good condition unless otherwise stated at the time of purchase.
How can I receive order confirmation or notification of a restocking product?
To receive an order confirmation, please ensure that you provide us with a valid email address when placing your order. Additionally, you can click the 'Notify Me' button on the product page to receive firsthand notifications regarding restocking status!
Can I cancel the order and request for a refund if I have waited too long for my order?
No return and no refund after an order has been shipped out to you unless you receive a wrong product, or the goods received are in poor condition. Evidence may be requested.
Can I get a return if I change my mind after placing an order?
If we haven't shipped your order yet, we can definitely cancel it and issue a refund within 48 hours. Check out our Refund Policy for more info.Please refer to the Refund Policy.
Can I get a return/refund if I don't like the deck after receiving it?
We’re sorry, but we cannot accept returns or issue refunds for opened products. Many of our customers are collectors, and once a product has been opened or used, it cannot be resold in its original condition.
We encourage you to carefully review the product descriptions and images before completing your purchase.
If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving it and include photos of the issue. Our team will review your case and assist you with the next steps.
How do I track the refund status?
Once we get your refund request, we'll let you know if it's approved or not. If it is, your refund will be automatically deposited back into your account. Keep in mind that it might take a little while for your bank or credit card company to process the refund. Please refer to our Refund Policy for more information.
What should I do if I receive a wrong item?
Email us with photos of the product you have received. We will assist you within 48 hours.
