Where do you ship from?

We ship from either the US or Thailand. Typically, US orders are shipped from the US, while non-US orders are fulfilled from Thailand. For more information, please refer to our Shipping Policyfor details.

What shipping options do you offer?

We offer Standard Shipping (10-20 business days), Priority Shipping (within the US), or International Express Shipping (5-7 business days).You can find all the deets in our Shipping Policy.

What's the difference between products marked with 'In Stock' and 'Pre-Order'?

If a product is marked 'In Stock', that means we have it in our warehouse and can ship it to you within 2-5 business days. 'Pre-Order' items take longer to process and ship, so check the product description for a release date. You might be able to snag a discount with 'Pre-Order' products though!

How can I receive order confirmation or notification of a restocking product?

To receive an order confirmation, please ensure that you provide us with a valid email address when placing your order. Additionally, you can click the "Notify Me" button on the product page to receive firsthand notifications regarding restocking status!

How can I check the status of my package after it ships?

After your order is fulfilled, you'll receive tracking information, including a tracking number and the website to check for status updates, sent to the email provided with your order. If you haven't received this email, please don't hesitate to contact us.

How long will it take for the parcel to be delivered to me if after it has been shipped.

After we process your order (usually within 2-5 business days), shipping times will vary depending on your location and shipping method. Standard Shipping usually takes 5-8 business days in the US, and 10-30 business days for the rest of the world. Express Shipping takes 5-7 business days, no matter where you are. Why hasn't my package status updated for a while?

It's normal for packages shipped from Thailand to experience delays in tracking updates. We use Thai Post for orders dispatched from Thailand, and upon arrival in your local area, they are transferred to local post office services. During this transition, tracking status may pause for 2-5 days before being updated once again upon reaching the local post office.

Can I cancel the order and request for a refund if I have waited too long for my order?

No return and no refund after an order has been shipped out to you unless you receive a wrong product, or the goods received are in poor condition. Evidence may be requested.

Can I get a return if I change my mind after placing an order?

If we haven't shipped your order yet, we can definitely cancel it and issue a refund within 48 hours. Check out our Refund Policy for more info.Please refer to the Refund Policy

Can I get a return/refund if I don't like the deck after receiving it?

We apologize, but we do not accept returns or issue refunds for opened tarot decks. As many of our customers are collectors, we cannot accept returns for products that have been opened or used. We recommend that you carefully review the product description and images before making your purchase. If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the item and provide photos of the damage for our team to assess.

How do I track the refund status?

Once we get your refund request, we'll let you know if it's approved or not. If it is, your refund will be automatically deposited back into your account. Keep in mind that it might take a little while for your bank or credit card company to process the refund. Please refer to our Refund Policy for more information.

What should I do if I receive a wrong item?

Email us with photos of the product you have received. We will assist you within 48 hours.

Do you offer wholesale price?

Yes, we do! Wholesale Price is available for certain products, please email us for details.
