TEVADA Tarot Shipping Policy
Where Your Decks Ship From To ensure the best possible experience and to get your items to you in pristine condition, we operate a global shipping model.
- Domestic (US) Orders: To ensure you receive your decks as quickly as possible, orders mostly ship directly from our Massachusetts warehouse. However, to speed up delivery times, some items may ship from our newly added China Office.
- International Orders: Orders shipped outside the US will be dispatched from either our hub in Bangkok, Thailand, or our China Office.

Processing, Delivery Estimates & Unforeseen Delays
- Standard Processing: We prioritize the prompt dispatch of your orders. Delivery timing is estimated based on your location.
- Peak Seasons: Please account for an extra 2–3 days of processing time during peak holiday seasons.
- Remote Areas & Unforeseen Delays: Delivery to certain remote areas may require additional transit time. Furthermore, due to unforeseen circumstances with local postal services that are outside of our control, actual delivery times may occasionally exceed the estimates provided in our shipping table. If you are purchasing a deck as a gift for a specific date, please plan ahead and order early!
- Pre-Orders: Shipping timelines for pre-order items vary by deck. Please refer to the specific product page for the most accurate shipping date. Please note: In the event of any discrepancy or ambiguity across different language translations on our site, the information provided on the English product page will always prevail. International Shipping Details & Customs A valid telephone number is mandatory for all international shipments to ensure delivery success. Please be advised that international shipping may occasionally incur longer delivery times due to extended customs clearance.
- Customs, Duties, and Taxes (CDT): Please be aware that import policies and tax rates vary widely by country, and these charges are not included in our prices. Any applicable duties or taxes are the buyer’s responsibility upon receipt of the order. While we will do our absolute best to help facilitate a smooth customs process for your package, we cannot guarantee that no charges will apply. Please be aware of your local regulations.
- Import Restrictions: Certain countries have restrictions on importing playing cards. Customers are responsible for verifying their country's import policies before placing an order.
- Address & Phone Number Accuracy: It is crucial to provide a correct and current English shipping address along with a valid telephone number. Orders cannot be successfully processed or delivered without a working phone number. You may additionally provide an address in your local language to help facilitate delivery in your region.
