Domestic Shipping (Within the US): Orders placed within the United States are normally shipped from our Massachusetts warehouse.

International Shipping (Outside the US): For our international customers, orders are shipped from Bangkok, Thailand. A valid telephone number is mandatory for international shipments to ensure delivery success. Be advised, international shipping may incur longer delivery times due to extended customs clearance or unforeseen events.

Shipping Addresses: It is crucial to provide a correct and current English shipping address. Additionally, you may provide an address in your local language to facilitate the delivery process in your region.
