Who is Tevada Tarot?

Tevada Tarot is a leading US-based retailer specializing in 100% authentic indie tarot and oracle decks. We partner directly with independent creators in Asia to bring unique, hard-to-find decks to the global market. We have dual warehousing in Massachusetts, USA and Bangkok, Thailand to ensure fast, reliable shipping worldwide.

Are your decks authentic or mass-market reprints?

100% Authentic. We strictly prohibit counterfeit decks. We strictly curate and sell only authentic, authorized indie decks directly from the original artists and publishers (like Modern Magic Press, DeckStiny, Mali Publishing, etc) in Asia.

Every deck we carry is a genuine work of art, often produced in limited batches. When you buy from us, you are directly supporting independent artists.

Do you use AI to create your decks?

We are a curator and distributor. We focus on supporting human artists who pour their souls into their illustrations. If you have a specific question about the creation process of a certain deck, we are happy to contact the artist directly for you to ensure it aligns with your practice.

Do you offer Wholesale pricing?

Yes. We offer wholesale pricing for retailers with a Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ) of 10 decks. Please send an email to info@tevadatarot.com for details.

Shipping & Logistics

Do you ship from the USA?

Yes, for U.S. orders. We have a warehouse in Massachusetts, so U.S. customers receive their decks quickly and duty-free. International orders typically ship from our studio in Bangkok, Thailand.

What shipping options do you offer?

We offer two main tiers of shipping depending on your location:

  • US Domestic Orders (Shipped from Massachusetts):

    Standard Shipping: 4–9 business days.
    Priority Shipping: 1–4 business days (Recommended for faster delivery).

  • International Orders (Shipped from Thailand):

    Standard Shipping:10–20 business days (delivery time varies by country). Please note: Tracking may pause for 3–8 days during customs clearance.
    Express Shipping: 5–7 business days. (Recommended if you need faster arrival).

Will I have to pay Customs/Import Taxes?

  • USA: No. Since we ship domestically from Massachusetts, there are ZERO import fees for US buyers.
  • International: Possibly. International orders ship from our Bangkok warehouse. Customs duties are determined by your local government and are the buyer's responsibility. However, in our experience, this rarely happens. We do our best to minimize the chance of these fees occurring. If you have specific requests regarding your shipment declaration, please contact us immediately after placing your order.

Why hasn't my tracking updated?

If you selected Standard Shipping for an international order from Thailand, it is normal for tracking to pause for 10–20 days(delivery time varies by country). This happens while the package clears customs and is handed over to your local postal carrier (e.g., PostNL, La Poste, Royal Mail). Please be patient; it is moving!

Need it faster? We recommend selecting Express Shipping (5–7 business days) at checkout, which offers faster delivery.

Do you ship to my country?

Yes. We ship globally to North America, Europe, Oceania, Asia, and the Middle East. If you can select your country at checkout, we ship there. Check out Shipping Policy for more details. Or contact us if you have a new shipping area request.

How do you protect the decks during shipping?

We know your deck is a collector's treasure. Every order is safely packaged with ample padding (bubble wrap or protective inserts) to ensure the box arrives in pristine condition, whether it’s traveling from our US warehouse or our Bangkok studio.

How can I check the status of my package after it ships?

After your order is fulfilled, you'll receive tracking information, including a tracking number and the website to check for status updates, sent to the email provided with your order. If you haven't received this email, please don't hesitate to contact us.

Deck Quality & Guidebooks

What is the quality of the cardstock?

Because we curate authentic decks from independent artists all over the world, cardstock preferences often vary based on the creator's unique vision and location. However, we strictly prioritize durability and a professional feel, ensuring every deck we carry is printed on premium art paper that is sturdy for daily use and smooth to shuffle. For exact cardstock specifications, please check the individual product pages.

Do the decks come with an English guidebook?

Yes. Most of our decks include a physical booklet, while some creators have switched to a digital guidebook (via QR code) to help the environment.

Plus, a special gift from us: Every customer receives a FREE comprehensive digital Tarot or Lenormand Guidebook created by Tevada Tarot. This ensures that no matter which deck you choose, you always have a trusted reference to help you dive into the meanings immediately.

Orders, Returns & Cancellations

Can I return a deck if I don't like it?

No. We do not accept returns on opened products. Because many of our customers are collectors, we cannot resell a deck once the seal is broken. Please check the "Flip Through" videos on the product page or on our youtube channel TEVADA Tarot before buying to ensure the art style resonates with you.

Can I cancel my order?

Yes, within 48 hours—but only if it hasn't shipped yet. Once a tracking number is generated, we cannot cancel the order.

What if my deck arrives damaged?

We will fix it. Please email us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage. We will replace the damaged item or issue a refund depending on the situation.

What if my package is lost, stolen, or hasn't arrived?

We want your beautiful new deck to reach you safely! To ensure a smooth delivery, please double-check your shipping address before placing your order, as we cannot be responsible for packages sent to an incorrect address provided at checkout.

To protect your investment against lost or stolen packages, we highly recommend adding Shipping Protection to your cart. Please note that we are only able to issue replacements for missing orders if this shipping protection was purchased.

How can I receive order confirmation or notification of a restocking product?

To receive an order confirmation, please ensure that you provide us with a valid email address when placing your order.
